Introducing Thames Hillman – ProSource360’s New COO

Thames Hillman - Chief Operating OfficerWith over 27 years of experience spanning government enterprises around the world, Thames has extensive expertise in corporate operations, business development, service delivery and P&L management.  He has led the successful development and implementation of domestic and international business plans for multiple new market segments.  He has designed and implemented corporate strategies including delivery, corporate services, business development, pricing, corporate marketing, branding and communications strategies, and has extensive experience in establishing strategic alliances and maintaining successful partnership relationships.  As a senior operational executive, he has extensive experience in the federal government market across a wide array of service offerings.

At ProSource360, Thames is the Chief Operating Officer responsible for Growth, Delivery, and Operations covering a diverse solution set to a broad array of Federal Government customers across the civilian and defense sectors.  He will play an integral role in advancing ProSource360’s growth, delivery, efficiency and quality across the Federal Government.

Prior to joining ProSource360, Thames was at Paradyme Management, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer supporting Paradyme Management’s internal and customer facing Operational Teams. As a member of the executive team, he supported and managed each aspect of the company’s business including service delivery, performance management, quality initiatives, capture management, P&L, and program management. During his tenure, Paradyme experienced over 700% revenue growth.

Prior to joining Paradyme Management, Thames spent 13 years with Stanley Associates prior to the company’s acquisition by CGI Federal. During his time at Stanley, he managed programs with the Department of Defense including Joint Programs, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Transportation and the U.S. Marine Corps. After Stanley, he was with Imperatis (formerly Jorge Scientific) and Sevatec prior to joining Paradyme Management.
