ProSource360 Earns ISO9001:2015 Re-Certification

April 8, 2020 – We are pleased to announce that National Quality Assurance, U.S.A. (NQA) notified ProSource360 that the company had been recommended for re-certification under the provisions of ISO 9001:2015.

ISO 9001 is an international standard for defining a quality management system (QMS). It outlines various criteria to define quality management principles such as: focusing on the customer; optimizing leadership and management within the organization; improving and fine-tuning internal processes; and general methods of continuous improvement. Organizations that are ISO 9001 certified have successfully implemented a quality management system in accordance with all of the requirements detailed in the ISO 9001 standard. The certification is conducted by an independent third party, in this case NQA. ProSource360’s ISO 9001 re-certification applies to the areas of Program and Project Management, Information Technology, Health and Clinical Services, Cyber Security, and Professional Services Projects.

“The fact that ProSource360 has been re-certified tells our clients and team members, that the work we do, and the way we do it, reach a high bar,” says Ben Skyles, President and CEO of ProSource360. “It reflects well on our people and the results we deliver for our customers. I want to thank everyone on our team, especially those who participated in this rigorous re-certification process.”

Once a company is ISO 9001 certified, a re-certification audit must be conducted every 3 years to renew. The audit process takes approximately 3 months.
