BEN SKYLES

PRESIDENT & CEO

Ben founded ProSource360 to provide healthcare, IT, and management consulting services with a focus on serving the federal sector. He provides the company with a strategic vision focused on growth and business processes aimed to exceed clients’ expectations. He has expanded the business rapidly by developing and cultivating meaningful relationships with both clients and partners. His commitment to building an inclusive and cohesive corporate culture has earned the company recognition by SmartCEO Magazine.



JOHN MOULTHROP

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jon has performed a variety of management roles for the past 30 years culminating in his current position as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In his current role He provides strategic direction, growth, planning and contract performance including service delivery, compliance, program execution and customer satisfaction.



JANELLE MILEY

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Janelle has designed and oversees all aspects of the budget development process, forecasting, audit support oversight, financial management of contracts and grants. Additional responsibilities include, management of account receivables, WAWF invoice process, accounts payable, and payroll administration.



CASEE BURKE

DIRECTOR TALENT MANAGEMENT

Casee is responsible for the full life cycle in sourcing the best talent for clients. She leads her team to create and implement strategic recruitment plans and retention programs to ensure successful onboarding and foster cohesive culture. She has cultivated meaningful relationships with employee network groups, community groups, non-profits, service organizations to strengthen employer branding, attract diverse talent, and boost employee retention.



JESSICA PROCHASKA

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Jessica is responsible for the overall success of human resources and internal recruitment team. She plays an integral role in maintaining the HUBZone business designation and provides program staffing oversight. To ensure adherence to company-wide strategic direction, Jessica manages a recruitment team to facilitate leadership, coaching, mentorship and team building to team members.



HUMA AZIM

CORPORATE COORDINATOR

Huma has experience searching for and attracting talent from diverse skillsets and is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle. She has experience hiring talent with exceptional skills in Cloud Consulting, Healthcare and Financial Analysts, Government Contracting, Project Management and Systems Development. She is a passionate individual who strives to build strong relationships. She conducts networking, does community outreach, and recruits creatively to source for ongoing opportunities.
