Ben founded ProSource360 to provide healthcare, IT, and management consulting services with a focus on serving the federal sector. He provides the company with a strategic vision focused on growth and business processes aimed to exceed clients’ expectations. He has expanded the business rapidly by developing and cultivating meaningful relationships with both clients and partners. His commitment to building an inclusive and cohesive corporate culture has earned the company recognition by SmartCEO Magazine.
Executive Vice President
Jon uses his vast industry experience providing management consulting services to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs and Civilian agencies to give ProSource360 a key competitive advantage in serving its customers. Mr. Moulthrop’s career includes leadership positions in business operations, program management, logistics, systems development and implementation, personnel management, advisory and assistance services (A&AS), profit and loss (P&L) center management, and business development. His expertise consistently produced successful outcomes for our clients and projects.
Chief Operating Officer
Thames’ has 27+ years’ career achievements to include multiple leadership positions that managed corporate operations, business development, service delivery, and P&L management. In his current position as Chief Operating Officer he provides growth, delivery, and operations management covering a diverse solution set to a broad array of Federal Government customers across the civilian and defense sectors. His integral role at ProSource360 advances our growth, delivery, efficiency, and quality across our Defense and Civilian Programs.
Director of Operations, DoD Programs
Anthony is responsible for leading all ProSource360’s programs and contracts which support the Department of Defense. Prior to coming to ProSource360, Mr. Bell was the Acting Deputy Director of the Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and had retired from a 30+ year career in government.
Director Talent Management
Casee is responsible for the full life cycle in sourcing the best talent for clients. She leads her team to create and implement strategic recruitment plans and retention programs to ensure successful personnel onboarding and fostering of a cohesive culture. She has cultivated meaningful relationships with employee network and community groups, non-profits, service organizations to strengthen employer branding, attract diverse talent, and boost employee retention.
Human Resources & Recruitment Manager
Jessica is responsible for the overall success of human resources and internal recruitment team. She plays an integral role in maintaining the Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBzone) business designation and provides program staffing oversight. To ensure adherence to company-wide strategic direction, Jessica manages a recruitment team to facilitate leadership, coaching, mentorship and team building to team members.
